Return a copy of the paramaters as ndarray.
The returned array is intended to be used as the argument to
pygtide.set_wavegroup()method.- Returns:
- wavegroupNDArray
A 2D array of shape = (n, 4) where the 4 columns correspond to ‘freq_start’, ‘freq_stop’, ‘amplitude’, and ‘phase_lead’.
